I have had this model for some time and got the clothing plugin from Daz to test on this except I can't seem to find the pluggin or see how it works. Heck I don't even know if it will work on this clothing. I need to fix it so it lays on her legs and her legs don't poke through. Any help?

I don't know which clothing item you're referring to, but Poser dynamic clothing will not work in D|S, and D|S dynamic clothing will not work in Poser.  Currently the only clothing items for D|S dynamics are the ones made by DAZ and Optitex -- they're currently working on an affordable clothing creation tool, but right now it requires a very expensive piece of software to do it.
