ok I have now decided to try the dynamic fur in poser 6. but the problem is...no matter which lights I chose I get "glowing fur". it is supper shiny.
I have gone into the materials and tried to tweek it out but.....
it still glowing particularly around the edges.
is there a way to stop this?

Yes there is a way to stop this - don't do whatever it is you're doing differently. Just kidding. ;-)
Could you post a render so we see what you're seeing? Also a screen shot of the material settings would be helpful.
Renderosity forum reply notifications are wonky. If I read a follow-up in a thread, but I don't myself reply, then notifications no longer happen AT ALL on that thread. So if I seem to be ignoring a question, that's why. (Updated September 23, 2019)

p.s.i sometimes dont understand why in the age of the intrnet people dont always post their renders?its easier if we see what you see.
