Hello everyone.
I have recently upgraded from car6pro to 7pro and have just come to realise that the help file is identical to 6pro. Does anyone know if they're planing on resolving this issue or is there a more up to date help file floating out there somewhere because I am a little lost within the new UVmapping setup and can't figure out how to use the new 3d paint tool... and there'll probably more in there that I haven't found as yet.

I have recently seen a thread (probably on the DAZ site) that tells how to fix the link in C7 to point to the correct user guide. Sorry I don't have time to find it just now, but it was within the last 6 weeks.

Thanks for the info guys, this might answer my last question about displacements, thought something was a little weird.

Many thanks for your reply, it has been of great help and regarding fixing the link. I am assuming that all you need to do is rename the user guide so that it matches the one already installed within C7 and then just replace the old with the new. I will give it a go and let you know.

My thoughts were correct regarding the process of installing it into carrara7pro. just rename it "CarraraOnlineHelp" and then browse to your online help folder within carrara and move the document to that point. You will be asked if you wish to replace the current file, select yes and all should be OK.
