Has anyone else ordered the DVD ? I ordered mine Thursday morning 5:00 AM  with 2 day shipping It's now Saturday 6:00 PM and chargers are still pending on my credit card so i assume they haven't shipped it yet. None too happy at this point with Smith Micro.E-mailed them Thursday afternoon hoping to get some information an d all i got was the order had been placed, how hard can it be to ship a DVD.
