You might try the Aiko 3 and Hiro 3 bundles at DAZ.  Both have good anime hair.  Other options include Babs Tails (also at DAZ). 

And, PropsChick (here at Rendo) and 3Dream/Plus3D/mairy have some hair that could be used in an anime setting.
