Subject: Request for: a special kind of shoes

 I have never seen for Poser shoes like these ones....

(actually I have never seen them even in real life....)

But they are very cool! The separated toes allow for more grip when climbing and jumping.

Do you think they would be hard to model? Would like to try?
OR: maybe they could be done morphing an existing (free or commercial) item?

The first who will make them and the first to guess which kind of picture I want to create with them will win... well, my eternal gratitude AND the dedication of the picture!  ^_^

Chris Cox has some tabi shoes/boots among his many freebies.  Did you need them for a specific figure?

Yes, for V4.

My project (as usual for me) involves re-creating a whole character from scratch, that is, face, hair, tattoos, clothes, and so on.

Shoes are the first step in this project because they are very particular. They are running shoes like these ones:

Well I think you're making the cool character from Mirror's Edge. Can't help you with the shoes though 'cause I can't model a thing. I'd like to see the pic when you're done though!  Good luck finding the shoes!

Yes, I want to re-create Faith from Mirror's Edge. No problems with skin, hair and tattoos, but the clothes are difficult to find....

The only cargo pants I know of for V4 are in the Teen Ashley outfit by 3DUniverse.

The tank top (free) by Little Dragon is pretty close to the pictures I've seen of the Faith character.

Yes, they could suit the job, with a little re-texturing work (I like re-texturing!).

About the shoes.... well, if I cannot find something more similar, I'll use normal running shoes!
