I'm sorry, I must have missed that box when I purchased a gift certificate this morning.  I tried to order a product for a friend but since I already had it, I could not order it again so I tried the Gift Certificate route instead and somehow screwed it up :)

How now can I give this gift certificate to the person I meant to have it?
