Subject: does anyone recognize this?

I found this robe in my runtime and can't remember who it was for. I've tried everyone I could think of and it doesn't fit any of them. I'm having trouble with my computer so I can't check the original zip. Does anyone know who this is for? Thanks for any suggestions.

 That is Kosagi's Shugenja Robe ( inner and outer ) for Michael 1.

I cannot seem to find the website now.

RedPhantom found the robe in his (her?) runtime, so I don't think the point is obtaining it. :)
