Fist off, I just want to say I am not trying to start any fights here.
BUT ... I have noticed several really nice boot sets, but with open toes. I am just curious as to why the sudden explosion of open toed boots. Is this the new style? Are there suddenly a lot of foot worshippers looking for shoes?
Just curious.

Apparently it's a fashion trend.

Gives 'em more of a fetish look as opposed to being actually usable. For some reason, as noted in antoher thread, fetish seems to sell above all else! :)

I've passed over a lot of products lately that I would have bought if the boots hadn't been open toed. Would be nice if vendors gave us the option of open or not.

Or you are working on a fantasy piece and stilletos are a little impracticle.

Don't do fantasy pieces that often and I do scifi a bit. I am more into real world renders because most of my clients ask for these. I have nothing against boots per say I just feel they are another item that floods the marketplaces.....but so do high heels...LOL!

Amen to that! Where are the REAL shoes that women wear everyday?
