Is there a way to mirror a timeline in Poser where the beginning of an animation is the end and the end is the beginning?
I want to save it as a multiframe pose.

Here's an old script that does the job ... or at least it did in P7. I don't know if it will still work in P8. And if you have something like cloth dynamics or hair dynamics, those won't go along with it.
