The link is for a Star Trek corridor/sick bay/transporter. Both files can be downloaded in a Collada format that is used by a number of 3D programs.

DAZ Studio will import Collada files.  Does anybody know if DS does a good job with importing Collada? DS exports Obj, so that will provide something that Poser can use.  I don't have Poser 8, so I don't know whether or not Poser can now import Collada files.

Poser 8 exports Collada, but I see no import capability. Poser Pro does import Collada. For those who have Poser Pro, it can bridge to Poser 8. There would be no need to convert for export, just save as a PZ3, or prop, character, whatever, and open in Poser 8.

oooooor you can just export from Sketchup as an OBJ.

or you can export as an LWO - tho you'll need to process it in something like POSEray to convert to OBJ (the LWO is a later version than Poser handles)

I didn't realize that there was an obj exporter for the free version of SketchUp.

Thanks!

hmm tried to retexture the tires but having a problem with the texture might not be semetrical at the right point, but the gas ank and all came out really good, Apollo looks good Rideing it.

think ill have to use uv mapper to make it perfect.
