Subject: How Do One Use/Put a poser rar object into posers scene

Hi,
How do you put those rar extension table and chairs into poser 8 project.  Also how do you make the flip flops or other shoes work on wide feet of a character.  The dials make the flip flops/shoes warped and out of shape.
