Before the SR1 Poser 8 had a problem to undo certain moves (pose) at 'edit'. This seems to be better now with SR1. But it still has problems to unload items. I had this problem not with Poser 7 or Poser Pro.
I'm loading a scene, but when I add a prop or figure (load), it does not unload them, when I want to undo with 'edit'. This is unnerving especially when a figure loads with lots of props, that are not parented. This happens just with the second, third or four step - even though my preference is set at 100 undos. Any explainations?

Have you tried using the Poser 8 history option?
Scripts > P8_History

Yes, I tried also the P8_History option, but it does not show when a figure was loaded into the scene.
Strange.
And I have to correct myself: when I use a preset 'pose' for a figure like Poser James it's not possible to undo that pose, I have to use another pose!
I wonder that no one else has discovered that, because it's something that must be obvious to everyone who poses the figures with preset poses.
So that is like it was before SR1. But it worked in Poser 7 and Poser Pro...

Anyone else having the same difficulty?

PhilC, thanks for bringing 'refresh' into my mind, it brought me to the solution, the library. Now I know why it's not in the history window: Because I loaded the items with 'XL-eXtended Library'! That is the problem!
With the real P8 library the undone for loaded items appear in the history and it can be undone under 'edit'. So the XL has to go, it's unusable when it conflicts with Poser's undone history.
