You would need to contact the vendor directly through our site mail system for the approval of a refund.
We ask that you give the vendor 3 full business days to respond. If you do not hear back from the vendor within this time frame, please let us know so we can contact the vendor on your behalf.

Hello,

go about asking for a refund? i havent done this in a while so not sure about the procedures ....
