go about asking for a refund? i havent done this in a while so not sure about the procedures ....

Hello,

You would need to contact the vendor directly through our site mail system for the approval of a refund.

We ask that you give the vendor 3 full business days to respond. If you do not hear back from the vendor within this time frame, please let us know so we can contact the vendor on your behalf.

ok hi kristi .... its been 3 days since i sent this particular vendor a sitemail stating my query/problem with his product ... and ive checked my sent items and he hasnt read it ...

what is the next step?

Hello,

I will send them a site mail on your behalf and I also have to give them 3 days to respond. Can you please provide me with the order # and product?

I am going on vacation next week so I will not be here. Please contact prestonw@renderosity.com if you have not heard from them or received any type of resolution by next Tuesday.

and the product is masks v4 merchant resource

i explained in the sitemail to him what was wrong with his product.
