Subject: Looking for conforming coal sack dress

I have found dynamic but I am looking for a conforming coal sack dress... anyone ever seen that? Imagine taking a coal sack or maybe a large green plastic garbage bag and splitting the seams so that it can be worn with the head and arms sticking out. The main thing is that it not be form fitting if possible. That and/or the kind of open sided smock cashiers at some American stores wear over their street cloths.

The life vest is interesting. Thank you. Been looking maybe for a free bullet proof vest to use too but maybe this will work. Found a dress at 9mbi I might be able to cut up though it is a bit figure revealing.
