Have you looked for characters such as trolls and orcs which might have this proto-human look? If you can find the right face, you can see what morphs were used to create it. Carolly

Yes, I have looked, but chuckle all the trolls and orcs I have found are male. I need a female to go with my male character. I had no problem finding the right combo for his face, but no one has made a female head with heavy brows or sloped back forehead! Everyone seems to be concentrating on the sexy perfect model look for new female characters.

try just using the default facial morphs, you might be able to morph something close. the female would have slightly finer features anyways. i know you can achieve the brows with the standard morphs, im not sure about the mouth. then just use a magnet to slope the forehead back a bit.

i just looked at PoserGamers (see thread after this one) and there were some nice female orcs and dwarves. The orc would probably do.

Is it Posette or Vicki? I might be able to make some of the morphs in a few days depending on the model.

That would be So Awesome! I haven't bought Vicky, it's Posette. I checked out the orc female and she has a nice high domed head =( I have been trying to create a morph for the sloped back forehead myself in raydream5. (see my post on the tech page, "Bugeyed or brokennecked" for the pathetic results so far) But, on the bright side! I was able to get the brows fairly close using the brow dial not perfect, but a good texture and the right lighting will cover any flaws. ;) I posted my Neanderthal's full picture on my homepage here. http://www.renderosity.com/photos/UserRedmadrona.jpg

I'll be able to play around with it on Wednesday night. No guarantees of perfection, but I'll do what I can.

Thank you! yes that would work well =) Thank you so much for your time and help here! You all have been great!! Ron from the technical page also figured out why I could not get poser to export objects for morph. LOL over a year now I have bugged first meta and then Curious labs and no one could tell me why I couldn't export for morphs. Poser refused to allow me to check or uncheck any boxes in the export. Everyone had me reinstalling over and over. Ron figured out why and gave me a practical workaround. I am still trying to learn now how to create morphs, but at last I have a working object to play with! (and I know now it wasn't totally my fault my morphs were coming out weird, just a crazy bug in poser) Thanks again!! RedMadrona

Where should I send the morph?
Redmadrona posted Fri, 27 April 2001 at 10:36 AM

I sent it out. Please let me know if you don't get it. Stupid Outlook crashed on me when I sent it, but it claims it was sent successfully.
