I've been having sudden rib pain attacks . Upper right abdomen.

It feels terrible. I was checked for gallstones and they found nothing.
Could it be a damaged nervous system.. and what should i take to get rid of these pains?

It's hard to do Poser or even at work, when i get it i feel like collapsing. 

any help appreciated.

That's one of the reasons i could never be a programmer or something like that. I get sudden strong pains that make me feel like dying
