I have got a freebie item that was made in Poser 8 . The erc dial that controls two opening parts uses a ValueOpkey statement with some valuekey statements rather than the valueOpDelta stuff that I am used to.

In Poser 7   (7.02.132) it seems to work, but as though the values are much larger than they should be.

Does anyone know whats happening. Its possible my Poser install is damaged , but everything else seems to work OK.

regards

Sounds like dependent parameters to me...
Haven't created anything with them yet, but had a look at them, when they were introduced in Poser 7.

Yesterday's the past, tomorrow's the future, but today is a gift. That's why it's called the present.

I used DP a lot in 7, and found that the items I made in 7 work exactly the same in 8.
I don't think there's a difference at the CR2 level, though the interface in 8 makes it
very easy to use and create DP setups.

Do you know if this item actually worked right in 8?   Or could it have been just plain wrong?
