Hi Everyone,
I've just bought Carrara 7 Express at the Daz sale and I don't know where to put the Native content. I put it into the programme itself because there doesn't seem to be a content folder like with Daz Studio but Carrera doesn't see it and asks for the CD. Please any help would be most appreciated by this totally computer illiterate newbie!
Thanks in advance
Sylvia

Carrara can have almost like a Runtime folder, as you can see in the printscreen. The SCENES is where all the scenes goes, and the PRESETS folder is where all shaders, objects and other things will be.

Yes... but take a look at those tutorials in the site that I told. And you can take a look at VTC.com free trainning chapters from Mark Bremmer too. Or sign for the course too.

Doesn't native content get loaded by the loader into Program Files/DAZ/Carrara 3D Express/Content/Runtime ?
I don't think I've ever needed to do other than give the installer for base content the base Carrara directory name.
Any other content you have in DAZ or Poser can be picked up right from where it is.
