Im trying the material room but its too complicated for me.
How do I take textures/bumps and all the material jazz away from clothes , so that I can then apply a simple palette colour to it?

Right click on it, click delete
then change the top color to white
Ever stop to think,
and forget to start again?

in the material room , select the PoserSurface node , right click, select inverse , press delete , then in the top right corner , theres a black triangle , click it, select apply to all.

Tehre's a python script (probably more than one) here in free stuff that will change all materials to white for you in one click :)
