Please cancel my order #111655689.  It still shows a status of "unpaid."

Befor I cancel this payment, can you please tell me if you ever received a confirmation from Paypal? Also, you can still pay manually through paypal if you like, do you want me to tell you how to do that?

I paid by credit card, not PayPal.  I checked my PayPal account and there are no transactions from Renderosity.

I think you might have clicked the Paypal button by accident because our system is showing you chose to pay using Paypal.

Do you want me to cancel this order so you can pay choosing "credit card" as your payment method?

Thanks Kristi!!  One more question: How do I pay for order 111656573?  I went to PayPal to pay, but cancelled to make a change.  Now I can't make my change, nor can I pay?  Can you help me pay, please?

Hello,

 

Please log into Paypal and choose the "send money" option. Send the amount due to payments@renderosity.com.

 

Please send another email to store@renderosity.com with your order # and paypal transaction ID# so we can verify your payment and mark your order as paid.
