Thanks to all help i get , im posting a great tip for anyone who renders in Preview mode but dont like the fact that the inside surface of hair is invisible.
Take Cecile Hair V4
Select Grouping Tool (one of the ball buttons with a square in it)
Press inverse Textures
Press Create Prop
Name Prop CecileProp
Press inverse Textures again. (inverses the prop which should be auto selected after creating)
Select CecileProp and Set parent .
For Cecile hair , parent to "head". (Use trial and error)
Tick Inherit Bends
Conform Cecile hair , Test by twisting Victorias head to see if the prop follows the hair. If not try a different thing to parent like Neck , body and test.
Now you should have both sides of the textures to the Hair in Preview.
The reason why you inverse first then create a prop to reinverse , rather then just create prop and use that inversed is that there is a colour bug.
