Hi gang! I got so enthused about this I just had to post it....Its mixing a 3d software with digital photography... The structure is from a digital photograph I took of an old abandoned building frame surrounded by brush. The sky and ground was done in Bryce. I put the two together. The possibilities are endless! Just your ranting moderator. Let me know what you think. Syyd

the background, which is the striations of land, and sky were rendered in bryce. The background photograph were assembled in photoshop. What enthused me was the match...and the real feel to the sky....reminds me of a morning or evening....with just nothing and no people...

Solitude is the word I was looking for....the building structure itself possesses this feeling...everyday I drive by it, and think of this. One day I just stopped and clicked away. Lucky for me, I needed only two snaps LOL LOL LOL thank you for liking it. It struck a chord in my soul.

'In another world under another sky I see another story waiting to be told' is the quote that springs to mind...

To me its one of your works I like most. It impressed me a lot. Composition, colors, mood, everything I see in this image is great. Arturo

Oh, Syyd - this is VERY nice!! When I first bought the Digi last year I was into Bryce/Poser, and tried combining the two with little success. Probably trying to run before I could walk. Also at that time I didn't have the experience with Photoshop that I have now - seeing this makes me think it's a combination that needs bore in mind for the future....though your skills with merging previous pictures shines through here. Thank u.

To me it look like from the inside view of a man looking through is war face shield .... It make the over hall look of an after nuclear cataclism with fire still burning in the horizon.......! I migth be to pessimistic tonigth

What a great example of how 3D programs aren't always meant to stand alone. I really love what you've done here, Syyd! I think I'm going to try Bryce again now. I've only had it for two years now and played in it once or twice ... LOL Thanks for sharing this!
