Hello,
I am trying to use my Nov Rewards and it says the coupon has expired, but I just got it today! Please help!

I have problem with the reward coupon as well. Stated expired or incorrect code for the Nov coupon.
How did you get it fixed.

Hello,
Please be sure you are copying and pasting the correct code (no leading or trailing spaces) and enter the code in the box marked "gift certificate" then click the apply button to be sure the amount gets deducted from your order.

Thanks for the info. I kept putting the code into the Coupon field. It worked under the gift certificate field.
