Ok - is there any way that I could create a product and sell it, but instead of ME gettibng paid ANYTHING for it - all of the proceeds would go to Saint Judes Children's Hospital, or the Pediatric AIDS Foundation, or the Make A Wish Foundation, or whatever? (my three favorite charities).
In other words - I just make the model and post it in the marketplace - but the charity gets the money for it? Just wondering...

In my opinion you should talk to a talk accountatnt and possibly the IRS about such an arrangement. You may be able to donate the model to the charity and have them list it with a store and collect the proceeds. You want to avoid the income being considered your income with a matching donation to the charity. You may be able to set up a charitable trust aistead.

Get the charity to sign up here as member, then give yourself 5% and make the charity the other 95%.
Might want to work with the staff to verify that it isn't a scam membership though and that the mailing address is true.

Hmmm - ok guys, thanks. I was thinking about doing like two models that I would make money from, but also doing like three that my charitys would benefit from to.

A much simpler way is just sell the model under your own name - make it clear the model is for charity so everyone knows. Then just donate all the income raised to the charity.
If you have something like Gift Aid in your country, make sure when you donate you fill in the form, that way the governent don't tax the donation.
Thats whats I'm doing right now with a model, selling it at various store, not just one.
This model is being sold for the BBC's Children in Need.

my vote would be to sell 'em as mugsey, then send said charities a cheque.
