NOT for poser but for actual products? I've tried everywhere can't find a decent one that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Any help appreciated.

Theres a few free database applications around.
You could try openoffice at http://why.openoffice.org/why_great.html

I have excel, don't need a database as such, would like something already written for the purpose of keeping track of inventory and sales. Guess I didn't explain very well in the first post.

Without knowing the sales / inventory volume you're needing to cope with it's hard to be sure I'm pointing you to suitable candidates.

Since you've already got Excel, go to your purchase histories, highlight everything and copy and paste them into Excel. It's easy with DAZ (if you're not doing prices) because all items are listed on the Itemized Order History. It's more work with the other sites because they only list the orders on the account page and not the details for what was purchased. Those have to be looked at one order at a time.
