Hi gang, need your help, I have to go on line every time I use Vue 7 Pro Studio.
The software worked perfectly before my hard drive went belly up and had to install a new drive.
Now, when I installed my Vue 7 Pro Studio, it of course wants to synchronize with E-on which does so perfectly and I can open up the software and have fun. Now when I close it down and reopen it, it wants to re synch before opening.
What I have tried: I copied and pasted the activation code into Word big enough to see it and transcribe it into the activation code block and get the message wrong code, use the one in the e-mail, well didn't get any email except for thanking me for trying Pioneer and that I could upgrade. Well, Vue 7 Pro Studio's splash page comes up not Pioneer, so I know I have the correct version (been that route before).
Copied the code several times with and without the INST prefix (yep its the code for Pro Studio not Pioneer)
Thanks for any help, I'll try most anything-yes did ask for help on E-ons forum too--Jan

Do you have Vista or Windows 7? If so, did you try running with a right click and choose "run as administrator"?

If you're on Vista or Windows 7 start Vue as administrator to enter your serial.
Next you run it (as 'normal' user) it will have remembered the activation code.

Thanks so much Rutra and Crowning for your quick reply and yes, the only thing I had to do was open Vue as the administrator (darn thing gets me once in awhile). Again guys, thanks so much. Jan
