Hi all
With most apps, you download the app then you can make a backup copy or put the application setup file folder somewhere safe in case you need to reinstall later.
I need to install vue 8 complete on a new drive and can't seem to find the original Vue setup file.
Back on the Nov 7th I used the Vue 8 complete downloader to get the large 2 part 600 or
700mb application. Lets call it 650mb. I installed it.
I can't remember if I was prompted to save that 650mb application and it's setup file in
a folder somewhere to be able to reinstall later if needed or if downloader just forces you right into installing it without allowing a back up copy.
If it does allow a backup copy, that's something I would have done but I can't find it.
I don't want to have download the whole thing from E-on again. They won't let me anyway. I just get message that says I've downloaded it three times and can't download it now.
But actually I only downloaded it once. With several failed attempts because of e-ons
servers messing up.( But that's another story)
Can someone type out the EXACT folder or file name that I would need to search my computer for in order to find the files needed reinstall Vue 8 Complete?
Thanks for any help to all wherever you may be.
and Happy Thanksgiving for those in the USA.

When part 2 finishes downloading, it creats a folder with all the files as they would be on a DVD - my folder is called Vue 8 Infinite Install (so for Complete, look for Vue 8 Complete Install folder). The install file is just called Setup.exe.
You can ask e-on to reset your downloads - just use the contact a Technician form on the website.

Thanks I found it
Thanks for the help. For some reason I could not find it last night. But I had left out the word INSTALL in last nights search.
and I also asked e-on to reset. They were on that in 5 minutes. Very fast response from E-on:)
I'm good to go:)
