This is a bit of an odd question but is it actually possible to model something that accurately mimics the physical object?
Let me explain!
I'd like to model a paper bag but I'd like to to behave like a real bag with specific reference to deforming. In a real bag, if you pull the open end apart, the edges towards the top will get closer together. If I put a large object into the bag, the edges will crease inwards.
Is it possible in any 3D prod (including Carrara) to create non-strechable material or mesh to accurately simulate the behaviour and subsequent deformation of a non-stretchable object surface?
In other words, is it possible to deform the mesh and NOT stretch the surface but to deform it.

I hope I've made myself clear!!
