I create tons of art with Poser and would like to know what are some of the popular non holiday art themes that are attracting the eyes of many viewers. I'm referring to 2D art and not the 3D content.

Well, if we're talking 2D, than that leaves out Naked Vicky In A Temple With A Sword...lol ;o).

Vampires seem to be the "in" thing at the moment, though the reason why escapes me.

I often look to the movies, old and new, for ideas.
I guess you'd have to say the vampire thing is all the rage right now. Sigh.

I hate vampire visual art, vampire books, vampire movies, etc.

Anything fantasy will do really.  Comic books heroes and manga style would work if you are drawing.

If you are looking to make money or freebies, backgrounds are always nice.

Thanks I never even thought about looking at those sources to see what's the big thing going on. I'll have to post a sticky note to check sources like that. Right there in front of my eyes.

Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies & the End of Civilisation are all big at the moment in the movies, I can see a huge push for Post Apocalypse stuff coming in the next few months as well, I know of two like that off the top of my head, 9 (which is already in cinemas over here) & The Book of Eli.

No, those are just weird things that sparkle and like to show off their emo brooding skills.
