One of the items I downloaded on the first week of the christmas freebies the vendors have offered will not open. The only information I have is the name on the zip...Masquerade_Valea...it keeps giving me a can't open because it's an archive error. So far just the one is not opening, the rest seem fine. Is there any way I can get this download again, as that first week is no longer up for offer.

I am not sure what product you are asking about. We have not had an item with that name or zip name in the giveaway. Is there any other information you can provide us?

I can't open the file so the name of it is all I have. I have a vague memory of a female character with a colorful shiny make, if that helps at all. Or a picture of the list of freebies from the first week would probably help me pinpoint which one it is.

Problem solved and it wasn't one of the christmas freebies..was from the free section and redownloaded it and it still gives the same error...will have to do without...lol
