Ok looking at my receipts and don't see the sn's anywhere, did you get more than 2 receipts when you bought it?

Guess I have to wait until tomorrow, I bought the extended download service for poser 8 yet it isn't showing up on my account page where it's supposed to be. Why doesn't this surprise me? Apparently you don't get the pro sn in an email you have to print it out from the download page. Unless someone knows something I don't about this and would care to chime in? I have the poser 8 sn just not the pro number so I can download the beta version.

It was on my receipt email. Don't have it in front of me, but think it was somewhere near the bottom.

I stand corrected. The SN for my Poser Pro was on a screen capture I did of the dl page.

They sent me to a download for poser 8 but no SN for pro. Have another email in to them. The Poser 8 SN is in the email but not the pro.

Have you checked your purchase history at content paradise? I think they still have all purchase info there, as I am still showing serials back to Poser 6.

That's what weird too, they don't even show me having anything in my history, even poser 8 and I bought that after they deleted everything from your history. I will be calling today to get the sn and find out what's up.

They sent me the sn's in an email so will be grabbing it tonight.
