I've spent a looong time searching to find some free or low cost animal bvh, and getting no where. I wanted to see if anyone here has any source, before I try and do this elephant walk myself.

Thanks in advance!

This is how it all began. Do a Google image search for "Eadweard Muybridge elephant". Then follow that by a web search of the same. Very interesting reading.

Thanks philc, I had looked at the horse research he had done in the past.

holymackanaw, wow, just what I needed, I didn't find that site in all of the searching I had done, very nice stuff indeed. The elephant model is not the DAZ model I have, but perhaps it might do. Thanks!

I was surprised that GoogleBooks doesn't have the full Muybridge books available for download. Hasn't the copyright lapsed on them and placed them in public domain? They were published in the late 1800s. The one Muybridge book they do have wasn't scanned with enough quality to produce the photographic plates with any clarity.

Interestingly, Muybridge killed his wife's lover and was acquitted on a justifiable homicide.
