Hello -- I just  rec'd 2 e-mails from my AOL account stateing that lotusflowerk sent me gifts, but  it will not let me download them --  It states -- You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this product. I just tried to download them. The order number says: 111691521 and 111691521.
