Subject: Problem downloading

Hi,

Have been having problems with my hi speed and was unable to download an item purchased due to too many attempts.   I have two providers and switched to the other so should be able to download now, just need the file reset.   (Joys of living in a rural area where they still have to pump in daylight!)
