I purchased Antique Steampunk by Handspan Studios under order #111664931. It has the plum png, but is missing the pz2. The promo page has a list of all files including the png for this color and the absence of the pz2, but I didn't notice it until now.
I sent a PM to Jilian yesterday (12/28/2009), but she has not read it yet. I wanted to bring it to your attention, and perhaps you can reach her quicker than I can.

Hello,
I was able to access all the files, including the pz2 files you are refering to using Winzip to unzip them.
Can you please go to Winzip.com and download the latest free trial version and see if you are able to access all the files using that?

That's odd that you were able to access the corresponding pz2.
I have WinZip 11.2 paid version and haven't had problems with any other products. I've attached a screenshot showing what I see when I open the zip. I highlighted the png in question both within the zip file and its enclosed readme. As you can see there is no corresponding pz2 for the plum hat, but there are corresponding files for everything else.
I also checked my account page to see if there was an update but there isn't. I could download the free version of winzip, I'm just not sure it'll make a difference.

I'm sorry, I was not aware you had Winzip...I have the paid version too so no worries, they both give you the same result. I really misunderstood what you were saying, I thought you meant you did not see the pz2 files at all, I went back and read it again and I apologize. I will send the vendor a sitemail as well.
Please let me know if you do not hear back from her within 3 or 4 days with New Years and all : )

No biggie... I've been there too! Since I'm a visual person, I thought it would be good to provide a screenshot. When I can "see" something, it makes sense to me. Anyhow, thank you for getting back to me so quickly and helping out with this.
I understand people have a life outside of the virtual world, so I'll be patient especially during the holiday season.
