Subject: Missing files in Penny Driver

I purchased this product yesterday, and downloaded 2 files OK. I installed the product, and when I try to load the textures, it tells me it's having a problem finding "runtimetexturespenny-driverpenny". I checked the files list, and this file is not present. It will not load any skin map or makeup textures - can't find them. The "penny-driver" directoy is present in the textures directory.

Please contact the vendor directly for product support.  To contact the vendor, please click the "contact" link next to their name on the product page, or use the site mail system.  Site mail only requires the vendor's username.

Please allow 2-3 business days for a response.  If you have not heard back from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know so that we can contact them on your behalf.

I have not heard anything from the vendor on this after notifying them on 12/31. Please advise.

The vendor has just responded to me and infomed me they sent you a site mail on Jan 1.
