Okay, I know I should contact SM, but I don't want to wait for an incedent report responce. I'm not srue what went wrong. I have Windows XP (sp3) and I've reciently had my system cleansed of a cluster of malicious virusis. (Took over a month to get them all!) Now I'm re-installing my software and although I'm visurally impaired and have difficulty reading the serial number I've checked it 4 times and still after the material install the program still won't accept the number. I'm baffled. Any SM reps out there who might help? (by the way I've reinstalled twice.
