Really would like to know who this character is. Any guess's? 

I'm thinking it might be a character for V3.

Are you able to contact the artist and ask them? Characters are difficult to pin down because so many look so much alike. Probably the best way to find out would be to ask the artist if you know who it is.

 Yeah I've asked but, Yourking on another site (which sounds a bit like renderosity) is not forthcoming .
Its definately a V4 figure. I've gone though all the V4's on this site with no luck.

The breasts kinda remind me of lululee's work.

It's possible that the character is a combination as well.  One person's texture, another's face, etc.

 I agree it looks like the pastle look of Lululee. 
But the makeup is more subtle. But yeah Lulelee does make great nipple textures!

You mean Renderotica?  You can type the name: you just can't link to it.
