Can we share these % off certain amount of $ codes that we receive on our newsletter on other 3D Art sites and my Facebook page?

Sure, also remind them to sign up for the newsletters so they can be sure and not miss any special savings.
A note though that sometimes coupons do go out to a specific criteria group and if the person that tries to use it doesn't meet the criteria of a "special" coupon it might not work for them.
