Estruch, the last message is not the same as the first message. The last message is what you see after every crash. You'll see it a lot. Get used to it.
Click yes or no and you may resume using Vue in most cases.

Where I open Vue 7 first open the second message. I click yes or no, after open the first message and crash Vue.
With yes crashed Vue and with no also crash.

Did you uninstall before reinstalling? That might work. If it doesn't, do what the message said and contact an e-on technician.

Something like this happened to me when I first got V7i. Sometimes I couldn't start the program, other times, it would crash without cause or event. After, I installed the latest video card driver, the problem cleared up. A new video driver may help you as well.

AMD is the place to look for a Radeon driver:

Could you be more specific? I don't understand 'Not run this' or its context.

that's just telling you your video card is a bit underpowered - it's not a problem though, I had the same warning but Vue runs fine

I had that same message when I had an ATI 3850 video card, it just means that the card isn't on their supported list but it works fine.
