Would anyone here be able to point in the direction of shackles for V4. I am coming up with a blank.

How about one of these?

Werewolf Unchained (not for v4 specifically, but I've made em work before)
Dragon Hoard and Sacrificial Altar
RDNA Prisoner Set 3 - Shackles will need adjusting, older set
RDNA Prisoner Set 2 - Cuffs will need adjusting, older set
