I don't know how common these flood filled textures are. I don't think I've ever bought one. I do know that some vendors have terrible render methods as far as bringing out skin detail goes. I know that I've bypassed a number of textures because they looked bland, only to find that some buyer had made incredible renders with it showing amazing detail. So, the detail is there in the texture, but the vendor is a better content creator than artist/promo creator.
