Is there anyone out there that would make a cute doll for Maddie please? I have searched and found a ragdoll but it's not exactly what I need. Hasn't anyone ever created a cute doll toy? I would appreciate the help. Thank you.

Have you considered using one of the figures and scaling it down. You can make a nice Barbie type doll that way.
try sharecg, they used to have a few dolls.
