Subject: Autogrouper Issue

I had purchase Autogrouper on 11/15/08 and archived the serial number for safe keeping unfortunately my harddrive died and I lost everything so while in the process of installing all my items I went to install my autogrouper and went to my rendo account and my archive was empty!! I contact Markdc to see if he could send my serial again on the 12th of this month but I didn't get a response. This is a akward situtation being that I usually tag my software that are tangible with the corresponding serial number so they can't be lost but I can't for digital and I thought it was safe if I saved it but I guess not. And I have yet to hear from the vendor my message hasn't been viewed I went to his site the contact button isn't working neither is his forum so I am left with a $25 software I paid for and no serial.
