It’s by 3dream and if you just put little one in the search box on the Daz site it will bring up the model and the page. This is the link http://www.daz3d.com/i/3d-models/-/little-one?item=9970&_m=d , it’s $24.95 I got it on sale, id wait for a sale again as that’s a steep price even , though I do like the model, but these are hard times.

Ok, I'm not sure if I understand what you mean with her feet shoot off when you're putting her in a pose? When I load her in Studio and use the poses that were included with her purchase, then she is fine, no problems with the feet.

It has to do with the bone set up, when you apply a pose from V4 or whoever her feet and hands get distorted out of alignment, someone said it was possible to see the x,y,z translations and get them back into alignment by zeroing out those translations which it was in Daz, they are hidden for some reason.

Ah ok, but that's nothing unusual when you're applying poses that are made for another figure.
In Studio you can make the hidden dials visible - go to Parameters and click on Show Hidden Properties.

The bones in her feet had gone out of alignment and were off at odd angles when I applied a pose, I needed to see the dials of the feet and zero out the dials.
