Hi, I purchased the Tempting Suit for V4A4 from Supernova, but it will not work properly. When I conform it to V4 and then inject a Pose to V4 the Suit is splashed all over the Screen. I made sure that V4 is selected and not the Suit. Nothing. I injected the Pose first to V4 and brought in the Suit later. I reinstalled it a few times already. I wrote two Mails to the Vendor but did not get any response. I use Poser 7 on a Win7 PC. I buy a lot of Content on Renderosity and most of it runs fine. I cannot use the Product and I'm a little bit frustated, so I would like to ask for a refund. My Order Number was 111622053 Date 08/13/09 Regards Sigmar

As per our Refund Policy here

"Refunds will be issued only after the Buyer has worked with the Vendor
to fix the problem. When a refund is issued, the Buyer is responsible
for deleting all files associated with the product and may not
re-distribute the product."
Please contact the vendor directly for product support first. To
contact the vendor, please click the "contact" link next to their name
on the product page, or use the site mail system. Site mail only
requires the vendor's username.
Please allow 3 full business days for a response. If you have not heard
back from the vendor in that time frame, please let us know so that we
can contact them on your behalf.

Hi Kristi,
As I wrote in my Thread I already tried to contact the Vendor two Times via the Renderosity E-mail system.
I have also waited more than three Days already. Please try your luck in contacting the Vendor.
