I got Poser5 and Poser7.
I have purchased some Motions from third party to use with Daz Studio and Poser. All the motions are in pz2 format. I am able to use these poses in Daz but in Poser5 and Poser7 when I select the file, it seems that pz2 is not recognizing.
Any Idea.

What do you mean 'not recognizing'? I used Poser 5 and still have pose files I've made in that format the Poser 7 recognizes just fine.
A .pz2 file is just a pose file and needs to be applied to a figure of some kind.

**Thanks Victoria_Lee.
I have just noticed that when I search pz2 files in Poser Installation Directory. They are lots of. It means Poser knows pz2 files. Now I have to find how to put pz2 in proper directory.
Thanks for guidance.

The .pz2 files belong in the Pose folder.
If you're moving them, make sure you move all the referenced files, as well (textures being the biggest one if you're talking about MAT pose files). You can find them by opening the .pz2 file in a text editor and taking a look at references.

Put them in any folder under
runtimelibrariesPoses
and Poser will find them.
Make a new subfolder if you want, or use an existing subfolder.

You used to be able to make the Daz runtime an external runtime in Poser. That means just one installation of stuff.

You stll can. I have P7 linked to the P5 runtime as an external so no worries.
