Subject: Download Reset

Hi there!

I just received a gift from a friend and got the confirmation from Rendo a few minutes ago but when I tried to download it, it told me that I have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for the product. Not quite sure why this is so or if it's a glitch in the system but is there a way to have it reset so I can download it, purty please?
